Opening Reception: Wednesday, May 18, 6-8 pm
We are thrilled to present four artists who capture the spirit of New York City’s streets and beaches in their paintings. From impressionistic and energetic to detailed and realistic, this exhibition will comprise a range of styles and sizes. All four artists display a great enthusiasm for the City in which they live and work.
This exhibition will feature lively watercolors of Coney Island by Eric March; energetic, textured paintings by Michael Sorgatz; impressionistic “plein air” paintings of Greenwich Village by Patricia Melvin, and intimate street views by Ella Yang.
We’ll see you at the artists’ reception!

Landscape Re-Imagined is an exhibition of painting and printmaking that examines the concept of landscape. This exhibit will feature painterly monotype prints by Gail Flanery, evocative paintings by Norma Greenwood and Kamilla Talbot, and representational paintings by Ella Yang. Landscape Re-Imagined considers how artists respond to and translate their outer worlds. The four artists in this exhibit take their impressions in astonishingly different directions.
